1 - PRICING:
Price is based on FOB-HoChiMinh City, including normal packaging and labeling as specified below. A certain discount is always considered for customers who order regularly and maintain a stable business on regular basis. This is also applied for those repeated orders of the same products bought.
Besides, we also supply other prices according to Terms of Delivery that customers need. After discussing through telephone, fax or email, we shall send offer with any specific delivery conditions.

2 - QUALITY & SPECIFICATIONS:
NAM VANG develops and manufactures innovative, quality terracotta pots.
Since all products are 100% hand-made, normal tolerance of 10% in dimensions and color is allowed.
NAM VANG will manufacture to your exclusive designs and requirements. Our factories are capable of large production runs of traditional terracotta.
For any items requested by Customers and not in our catalogue, we require a fully detailed description and diagram of your design. We are sensitive to the infringement of copyright so we do require a disclaimer signed in this regard. Infringement of copyright can be enforced internationally so it is in your interests to ensure you are not breaching any laws in this regard.
A proof drawing will be created from your design and you will be required to authorise the final design criteria.
We can also make special imprint on the products, and keep the exclusive designs on customer request.

3 - PACKAGING:
• Packing: Extreme care is taken in every detail of our packing.
We use new cardboard and nylon strapping and we ensure the pottery edges are well protected. We loose pack and use pallets depending on customers requirements. We can also offer crate packing.
• Labeling: barcodes and labels can be printed by us according to customer's instructions. The instructions should be sent to us at least 30 days before shipment.
All these packaging charges are included in the selling prices as mentioned above.

4 - QUANTITY & LOAD ABILITY:
Minimum Order Quantity (M.O.Q) is normally 500 sets (pieces), or 1x20'FCL per item. However, for the first sample-shipment, we can arrange several items in a 20'FCL. A minimum of 30 sets or pieces of each product item is required to maximise container loading and minimise our costs associated with manufacturing our products at the keenest possible prices.
Quantity on shipment could be different from that stated on the order. Please accept the tolerance of 10% in quantity and value.

5 - SHIPMENT:
The lead-time of production is normally 40 days for the 1st shipment, and 1 weeks for each following shipment of the same products. Depending on the availability of designs and moulds in our production, this can be arranged to be earlier.
Fully detailed shipping instructions need to be sent by customer within two weeks of order-confirmation.

6 - OFFER-VALIDITY: 2 months from the date of offer.

7 - INSURANCE: is to be arranged by the buyer at the buyer's expense.

8 - PAYMENT-TERM:
• TTR: this payment method is preferred with 30% down payment. Customer will settle the balance when receiving shipping documents sent by fax. The original shipping documents will be sent right after the payment shown up in our account.
• L/C at sight: the L/C to be opened within one week of order confirmation.
